Returns and complaints

Complaints :

Complaints regarding mechanical damages incurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a written protocol of damage to the shipment, prepared at the time of receipt of the goods in the presence of an employee of the courier company. Goods purchased in the Luma Nails store are covered by the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty.



Returns:

Luma Nails Online Store fully respects the rights of consumers resulting from the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271).

Return Policy: You can return goods purchased in our store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The withdrawal from the purchase should be reported by sending the completed return form in electronic form to the e-mail address: sklep@lumanails.pl. Then, the goods that are the subject of the return should be sent as soon as possible at your own expense to the address of the Luma Nails headquarters:

The original invoice or receipt and a paper return form must be attached to the package with the returned order.

Important: Packages sent cash on delivery or without prior notification of returns via e-mail will not be accepted.

If the invoice also includes other goods that are not eligible for return, we will send you a correction invoice for the remaining products.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Costs incurred by the customer for delivery and return of the product are not refunded by the Store.
