Remember that…

1. Orders placed before 12:00 on working days will be shipped the same working day
2. Orders placed after 12:00 on weekdays will be shipped the next business day.
3. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.
4. The total order processing time, including shipping and delivery for Inpost Parcel Lockers and Inpost Courier to the customer, is from 2 to 4 business days.
5. You can track the delivery status in the My Orders tab. We will also notify you by email about any changes to the order status.
6. The courier delivering the parcel may contact you by telephone to arrange a convenient delivery date.
7. The shipping cost for each is fixed regardless of the size and weight of the package.
8. Shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
9. Shipment of goods in Poland is carried out by the shipping company Inpost. Detailed delivery conditions can be found at www.inpost.pl
