TRAINING PROGRAM – ON-SITE MEETINGS
1. Meeting (7 hours) – Hybrid manicure with reconstruction
• Theory + modeling
• Principles of plate preparation, development of shafts, techniques of applying color
• Babyboomer construction, skin and problem plate analysis, reconstruction
2. Meeting (3 hours) – Consolidation of the hybrid manicure technique
• Working on a model
• Repeating and improving the technique from the first meeting
3. Meeting (8 hours) – Nail extensions on forms + theory
• Perfect fit of the form, construction of the tunnel without clamping
• Working with acrylgel, shaping the lower edge, symmetrical nail structure
4. Meeting (4 hours) – Fixation of nail extensions
• Working on a model
• Focus on form, shape, tunnel and aesthetic finish
5. Meeting (7 hours) – Filling and correction of falling plate
• Working with upper and lower forms
• Lifting of falling nails – how much and when can be done?
• Shaping the lower edge - the importance of the tunnel and its value
• Acrylgel techniques: plaster, sausage
• Filing scheme, working with cutters, aesthetics of the underside of the nail
• How to avoid air pockets and what influences their formation
6. Meeting (4 hours) – Examination paper + presentation of certificates
• The participant creates a styling that sums up the entire project
• Discussion of work and tips for further career path
• Presentation of certificates
